This Mumble Moderator module simply forwards all text/image messages to all linked channels if there are any.

For privacy reasons it does this only if the sender is inside one of the linked channels because from the outside you cannot see which channels are linked and so would not know who get a message. Though this behauviour can be changed in the modules configuration.
